Things people ask before they sign up.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial is fully free for 14 days. We email you toward the end of the trial to pick a plan; if you do nothing, the account pauses with no charge.
What if my restaurant URL is not in Google's index yet?
You can still sign up. The wizard falls back to a manual flow where you paste your logo, choose colors, and add your ordering platform URLs by hand. It takes about 3 minutes instead of 60 seconds.
Can I sign up on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Agencies sign up restaurants all the time. Use your agency email. We do not send the trial credit-card prompt to the restaurant owner.
How do I delete the account if it is not for me?
Click 'Delete account' in the dashboard or email support@dineroute.com. We remove the account, the published page, and any tracking IDs within one business day.
Will my ordering platforms know about this?
No. DineRoute is invisible to DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. The diner clicks a normal link to your existing store. From the platform's view, traffic just got better-attributed.
