Issue 01 · Restaurant ad attribution

Your Meta ads go blind at DoorDash.
We fix that in three minutes.

DineRoute is a branded click-through page that routes your ad traffic to DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, ChowNow, Toast, or direct — and fires a platform_click event to Meta and Google. Your campaigns start optimizing toward the event that correlates with real orders.

The thesis

Restaurants spend $4 billion a year on Meta ads, optimize toward a Link Click their Pixel can see, and pay the bill with orders the Pixel never sees. That is the gap.

01 · Platforms

Works alongside every platform your customers already use.

We are not a DoorDash replacement, not a website builder, not a POS. DineRoute is the measurement layer that sits above your stack. One routing page. Every destination. Every click logged.

  • UberEats

02 · How it works

Three moves. Then you can sleep.

01

Paste your platforms.

Drop in your DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, ChowNow, Toast, and direct-order URLs. Auto-fetch your logo via Brandfetch. Pick a template built for restaurant conversion, not a generic SaaS landing page.

avg. setup · 2m 14s
02

Connect your pixels.

Paste Meta Pixel ID + CAPI access token. Paste Google Tag ID. Server-side and browser events fire in parallel. Match quality consistently lands at 8+/10 in Meta Events Manager, not the 3–4 most restaurants see.

match quality · 8.4 / 10
03

Optimize for platform_click.

Point your existing campaigns at your branded dineroute.menu subdomain. Set platform_click as the optimization event. Give it seven days. Watch cost-per-order stop being a number you have to apologize for.

cost / order · ↓ 20–40%
03 · The event

A platform_click that Meta actually believes.

Meta optimizes toward events it can see. When the purchase happens on DoorDash, the restaurant's Pixel is blind. DineRoute fires a server-side platform_click event with user-matching data (fbc, fbp, IP, UA) before the redirect. Meta treats it as a high-quality conversion signal. Your algorithm learns what an order-intent customer looks like.

  • Browser + server (CAPI)
fired in parallel · redundant signal
  • 3-second session gate
kills click farmers before the event fires
  • UTMs preserved
fbclid, gclid, utm_* survive the redirect
  • Custom data
    platform, restaurant_id, menu_category
200 OKplatform_click
Match quality 8.4 / 10Relay latency 42ms
  • action_sourceTells Meta this is a website conversion — not offline, not app. Unlocks match-back against ad impressions.
  • user_data.fbcClick ID from the ad URL. Strongest single match signal Meta has — ties the event to the exact click.
  • user_data.fbpFacebook browser ID. Cross-session match; survives nav back to DoorDash.
  • client_ip_addressIP + user-agent pair gives Meta a second match vector when fbc is missing (in-app browsers, etc).
  • custom_data.platformWhich platform the customer picked. Segmentable inside Events Manager and inside ad set optimization.

Operator voices

What operators say after two weeks.

Real restaurant owners, real numbers, real trade-offs. Pilot cohort, first 30 days on DineRoute. No paid placement, no ghostwritten quotes.

Our cost per order dropped 38% in two weeks. Not because we changed the ads, because Meta finally knew what a real order intent click looked like.

First SaaS I've ever set up in under four minutes. Pasted three URLs, pasted a pixel ID, campaigns were routing through a branded page by lunch.

Managing eleven franchise locations used to mean eleven different tracking conversations. DineRoute gave us one event Meta optimizes toward. One truth.

05 · FAQ

Five honest questions.

Can't find yours? Email hello@dineroute.com and a human writes back the same day.

Q.01 How is this different from DoorDash Ads or Yelp Spotlight?
DoorDash Ads only reach people already on DoorDash. DineRoute lets your Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns drive new delivery customers and track them, even when the order ends up on DoorDash, UberEats, or Grubhub. You stay platform-agnostic.
Q.02 Will this actually move ROAS?
Meta optimizes toward whatever event you train it on. If you train it on "Link Click," you get click farmers. Train it on a platform_click that fires only after a qualified menu view and you teach the algorithm what an order-intent customer looks like. That lift is what you pay us for.
Q.03 Do I need to change my website or ordering flow?
No. DineRoute sits between your ads and your existing ordering stack. Keep DoorDash. Keep Toast. Keep your website. We just give your campaigns a measurable click destination.
Q.04 What if my customers order on multiple platforms?
Good. The routing page shows every platform you sell on with real logos and distance or delivery fee hints. Each click fires its own event with the platform name so you can break performance down by destination.
Q.05 How fast can I get live?
Most operators are live in under three minutes: paste your platform URLs, paste your Meta Pixel + Google Tag IDs, upload a logo (or let us fetch it via Brandfetch), pick a template, go.
