Menu sync

Pull menu items from DoorDash and UberEats into your routing page so customers can preview before they tap through.

What menu sync does

Shows up to eight menu items with photos and prices on your routing page. Customers preview, tap a platform, and land directly on that item's page on DoorDash or UberEats. This lifts tap-through rate 12-20% on most accounts.

Eligibility

Pro, Multi, Agency, and Enterprise plans. Sync requires a valid menu link on at least one of DoorDash, UberEats, or Grubhub. We read the public menu endpoint. No password or API key required.

1. Turn it on

  1. In DineRoute, open Page → Menu.
  2. Click Sync menu from delivery platforms.
  3. Pick the source (DoorDash is the most reliable). Click Sync now.

2. Curate

We pull the top-grossing items by default, plus anything marked Featured on the source platform. You can drag-to-reorder, pin favorites, and hide items you don't want shown.

3. Set the refresh cadence

Daily is the default. On high-volume accounts, we recommend daily. For seasonal menus, switch to hourly under Sync → Cadence.

Menu item deep links

Tapping a menu item routes the customer directly to that item's page on their chosen platform, not the landing page. For DoorDash this uses the item slug; for UberEats the item UUID. Fallbacks to the storefront URL if the deep link breaks.

Deep-link fallback

If a deep link 404s (usually because the item went out of stock on one platform), we fall back to your storefront URL on that platform. Tap-through never dead-ends.
